TV and WIFI Access

In order to access the new wifi, it is necessary for you to select the proper unit network and complete the login process with a new password for each device you use on the internet. The network login and passwords are as follows:

Do not install your own equipment or interfere with modems or routers as it violates our agreement.  Devices such as Apple TVs, Amazon Fire Sticks, or Rokus, etc, are allowed.  Remember to return the input source back to cable TV.

Although a bulk service agreement offers a cost benefit, it makes service calls challenging. If cable TV or internet access issues arise, an authorized user must initiate service requests. Our property manager is an authorized user and he should be your first contact to resolve issues. Refer to the Important Phone Numbers section.

Further, any individual requests to alter service within your unit that results in an increased cost will be the responsibility of that individual. The association will not bear the cost of individual service modifications. Please bring your requests to the attention of the board for consideration.
